Committees

1. IF homeowners call during business hours and all 5-customer service agents are with another caller or lunch (Noon-1PM), they can leave a message -OR- dial extension 120 for our dedicated customer service representative.
2. Homeowners can call our office after hours for emergency assistance, the answering service will direct their call to an officer of the company.
3. Homeowners can call our office after hours for non-emergency assistance, to leave a voice message on the business voice mail for next business day return calls.
